Trails

The access to the waterfalls can be:

 

1.       Walking through the main trail

Just one block from the parking find the first waterfall “Serena River”, continue by the trail is “Hidden”, alter that around 2 blocks is located the specatcular “Rainbow”, 2 blocks and a half is “Slide Waterfall” and can observe the last one “The Rock”.

The total of the distance is 13 blocks round trip from the parking.

You must have a light effort but the walk is for children and adults, anyone can visit our 5 waterfalls.

2.       Horseback ride and walk through to the property

From Viento Fresco Waterfalls reception, start the horseback riding tour for 8 blocks until the parking; here leave the horse and beging with a walk of 7 00 blocks until the third waterfall “Rainbow”.

You can take a shower in the area next to the waterfall, like a “natural pool”.

We offer bathroom and dressing rooms, also rustic tables, drinkwater; can rest and enjoy the marvelous views.

Then continue the horseback riding tour for 1 hour and has the possibility to observe different animals such as: monkeys, sloths, toucans and butterflies.

During the return trip can see the view point that is in the way and observe Cerro Pelado, Cerro San José and Nicoya Gulf.

At the end of the tour we offer a coffee break.
